Ball State Cardinals Power Soccer Club qualifies for MK Battery Champions Conference Cup

Yesterday, Ball State Cardinals Power Soccer Club qualified for MK Battery Champions Conference Cup after playing three games against the Turnstone Center for Children and Adults with Disabilities team. Ball State will be in action again this weekend at Benton Central.



Both teams have had limited activity in April, but were very active in March.  Turnstone played four league in Chicago in mid-March, and improved their record to 13 – 2 – 3.  They beat St. Louis’s DASA Rush 5 – 2 and 6 – 1, and Chicago’s GLASA Fire 4 – 2 and 3 – 2.  On March 28, the Cardinals took part in three league matches, where they won all their games they played and dropped none.  The scores included 6 – 1, and 7 – 0.  The team managed to distribute their scoring, with every player picking up either a goal or an assist.


The Champions Cup is scheduled to take place in Fort Wayne, Indiana from July 17 to July 19.
