Associação Brasileira de Deficientes Fisicos announced today that Brazil men’s amputee football player Meia Rodrigo Wallace is out of team for a bit with hamstring injury, and will not be at a team training camp scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday. Because the injury is not that severe, the team has not elected to replace him on the roster.

Wallace’s injury also means that he will be unable to train and play with his club side, Equipe Smel Mogi.  The first round of the São Paulo amputee football league is scheduled to get underway on March 21
The national team has not been hugely busy of late following their appearance at the 2014 Amputee Football World Cup in Mexico in December where Brazil finished out of the medals.
