Egyptians take to the pool at the Campeonato de España de Natación Paralímpica por Selecciones Autonómicas 2015

Egypt’s swimmers were in Alcorcón, Madrid for the Campeonato de España de Natación Paralímpica por Selecciones Autonómicas 2015, which got underway this morning and wraps up tomorrow. The swimmers were competing in their quest to meet the Minimum Qualification Standard (MQS) at an IPC Swimming recognized 50 m competition.
While none of the swimmers medaled in the morning session based on early medal ceremonies, the Egyptians performed admirably in the pool and were not evidently outclasses by the local competition.
Because of event coverage issues live and a delay in posting results, it is unclear if any of the Egyptians managed to set a qualifying time.
