The Warriors beat the Mauraders 61 – 38 at Fenton Manor Complex in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent.  The venue was sold out for the competition, and spectators made a lot of doing during the match.  They lost their second match to the Storm 45 – 53 as the Storm managed to shut down the Warriors best players. They won their third game 57 – 42 against the Crusaders.

The squad includes Thomas Moylan, Alan Dineen, Johnny Mulhall, Garrett Culliton, Ciara Staunton,  Alan Lynch, John McCarthy, Stephen Hickey, Stephen Aylmer and Will Doggart. 2.0 point player Staunton, who wears number 9, is the team’s only female player. The match day team included Lynch, Dineen, Aylmer, Culliton, Staunton, McCarthy and Mulhall.  They are coached by Ireland’s national team coach Stuart McLindon.
