This weekend, the Great Britain national sledge hockey team held a three day mini camp.

The team has been relatively quiet since the March 2015 World Championships (Pool B) held in Sweden. They have not played in any major tournaments or gotten together much.  They got together for training in October and November of last year.

The next major event on the British national team calendar is a fund raising event on February 26 that is being hosted by Wheelchair Sports Hull.  Funds raised during the event will go towards assisting the team in their qualification efforts for 2018 PyeongChang hosted Paralympic Games.  Kingston Kestrels Sledge Hockey Club and national team members Matt Clarkson and Simon Berry will be speaking at the event.
