Iranian archers preparing for 2014 Para Asian Games

The third phase of an archery training camp took place, with participants from regions around Iran including Tehran, Kerman, Khuzestan, Esfahan, and Khorasan Razav.


Shooters were invited to participated by the national team coach.  Some of the archers participating included  Ebrahim Ranjbar, K. Tone, Sydmhmdrzazyzyan, Z·hrahsyny, Mjydkakvsh, Shhabypvr R, Zahra Nemati, S. Abbaspour, Reza Rahimi and Razieh Shir Mohammad.

Competitors were preparing for the Para Asian Games scheduled to take place in Incheon, South Korea in late October of this year.  The inaugural Games took place in 2010 in China, and Iran sent one of the largest delegation with 162 athletes.  Iranian archers won 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 2 bronze medals at the Games.

The next scheduled training camp is August 10 to August 17 in Tehran.
