Italy and France draw 1 – 1 at European Amputee Football Week match

Yesterday in Milan, the Italy national amputee football team drew 1 – 1 with France at a match that took place during European Amputee Football Week festivities.


The festival was part of UEFA Champions League Festival events, and was supported by UEFA.

A number of high-profile sportspeople came out to support amputee football.  They include Roberto Carlos, Italian footballer Mauro Tassotti, and  AC Millan football Academy representatives Silvio Broli and Francesca Pietra.
