Molina expressed his happiness with the result on Facebook by saying, “I want to give the glory to God for the last race on this tour of 4 races today: 15 km 4 job 35:53. Much wind and very hard the path back home. Thank you bank Bansol. X make possible all this, Gatorade OAKLEY”.

Amanda M. McGrory of Savoy, Illinois was the first female finisher with a time of 41:10 . Santiago Sanz won the quad division with a time of 41:06.

Yesterday, race organizers were concerned about the possibility of the race even going forward given the storm warning, and the large amount of rain that fell the day before the race.
